Refund Policy

At Hangry Skin, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused or minimally used
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may not be accepted on products that are heavily used, empty, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging.


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used to place the order
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Part of your order is missing

Please email us at support@hangryskin.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photos may be required to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Heavily used skincare products
  • Empty products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or minimally used, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
